5-Ways Motorcycles have been selling and maintaining motorcycles and scooters since 1980 and whilst we may not be the oldest dealer we are one of very few remaining family run motorcycle dealerships. The motorcycle industry is ever changing and innovating and this does mean that some dealerships do not always manage to maintain manufacturer standards. The effect of the pandemic which started in 2019 has also led to changes in the shape of the dealer network. We look after Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha with all the ranges of both their motorcycles and scooters.

Our dealership area now covers the majority of East Yorkshire, as well as some of South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and a large chunk of North Lincolnshire. We deliver nationwide by arrangement and regularly deliver motorcycles and scooters to big cities and towns like Doncaster, Grimsby, Wakefield, Rotherham, Market Weighton, York, Scarborough, Scunthorpe, Immingham, Sheffield and York. Not to mention the many villages and hamlets in between.

5-Ways have workshop *Loan Vehicles that can be made available to you whilst your bike is with us. These can be booked when you make your workshop appointment for servicing, repair or to get your motorcycle tested. A small charge is made to cover insurance and fuel.  So why not book your bike in with us and take a ride out into the fantastic A and B roads we have around Hull, take a trip up the East Yorkshire coast for some fish and chips to places like Scarborough's North Bay or South Bay, Filey and Bridlington or simply visit York which is only an hour away. The historic City of York has lots of things to see and do namely the famous York Minster, Jorvik Viking Centre, infamous York Dungeon or even the National Railway Museum.

Yamaha Motorcycles

Yamaha were our first franchise way back in 1981, back then as now Yamaha had a fantastic reputation and range of bikes, whether you were a learner on a small cc model or scooter or a seasoned bike rider on a model such as the stunning V-Max which was launched in the 80’s along with all the other models like the YZF-R’s, Fazers, RD’s and Virago’s. Looking at today's range of Yamaha’s there are so many incredible machines from the Sports Heritage models, the iconic Supersport bikes, Adventure and the ever popular Hyper Naked MT range.

Kawasaki Motorcycles

In1992 5-Ways became the official dealer for the area and what a decade the 90's were all about the ZZ-R1100 which held the record for the fastest production motorcycle for 6 years. In 2000 the The ZX-12R came along, but legislation meant all the Japanese manufacturers agreed, shall we say, to tone down top speeds! In 2022 we were awarded the Kawasaki Performance of a lifetime award (POAL) - a status of excellence in all things Kawasaki awarded only to dealers who strive for excellence in customer service. The current Kawasaki range is vast, it's fair to say there is probably a bike for everyone, from the racing pedigree legends like the ZX-10R and performance models to the Versys Adventure range, click below to see the bikes.

Suzuki Motorcycles

2005 brought Suzuki into the 5-Ways showroom. Suzuki had a rich heritage of stunning motorcycles with bulletproof reliability, racing accolades and world records. The Hayabusa which took the fastest production bike title from Honda when it was introduced in 1999, which is now back again in all new design, and launched in 2005 the GSX-R1000 set a new standard and went on to win the WSB Championship in the hands of Troy Corser.

Today’s Suzuki lineup has some fantastic motorcycles with the V-Strom in 650 and 1050 guise, and of course the GSX-R models.
